1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.

Brush the salmon fillet with the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
The salmon should flake easily when tested with a fork.

Sprinkle the cooked salmon with cilantro and serve immediately.
Tips:
For a more flavorful dish, marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes before baking.
Serve the honey garlic salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
If you don’t have cilantro, you can substitute with parsley or scallions.
