Easy Chicken Stir-FryIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced onions 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon vegetable oilInstructions:

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the broccoli, carrots, onions, and green peppers to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce.

Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through, about 2-3 more minutes.
7.
Stir in the sesame oil and serve over rice or noodles.
Tips:
For a spicier stir-fry, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
To make the stir-fry vegetarian, replace the chicken with tofu or tempeh.
Add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as snap peas, baby corn, or shiitake mushrooms.
