1 pound ground beef chuck 1/2 pound ground pork 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 1 onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepperFor the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon mustardInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Place the meat mixture into a lightly greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 160°F (71°C).

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use a higher quality ground beef chuck.
If you don’t have bread crumbs, you can substitute finely crushed crackers or instant oatmeal.
Add your favorite seasonings to the meat mixture, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs.
Serve the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, and roasted vegetables for a classic meal.
