Creamy Spinach and Artichoke DipIngredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use cream cheese instead of sour cream.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
If you don’t have green onions, you can use a yellow onion instead.
This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
