Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon-Herb ButterIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, skin on 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.

Place salmon in the skillet, skin side down.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Flip the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.
Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

While the salmon is cooking, make the lemon-herb butter.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

Remove the salmon from the oven and spoon the lemon-herb butter over the top.

Garnish with additional lemon slices or fresh herbs, if desired.
Tips:
For a flaky and moist salmon, make sure not to overcook it.
Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the salmon from sticking.
