Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream Tortilla chips, for servingInstructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley.
Toss to coat.

Spread chicken mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
Stir to combine.
5.
Spread bean mixture over cooked chicken.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
