Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb ButterIngredients:
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin-on Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softenedInstructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes.

Season the salmon liberally with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil, chives, and butter.
Mix well until a smooth paste forms.

Brush half of the lemon herb butter over the skin side of the salmon.

Place the salmon skin-side up on the preheated grill.

Grill for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky when tested with a fork.

Brush the remaining lemon herb butter over the salmon while it is grilling.

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon in the lemon herb butter for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
If you don’t have a grill, you can also cook the salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes per side.
Serve the grilled salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
