1 pound salmon fillet, skin on 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillet with the marinade.

Place the salmon fillet on the grill, skin side down.

Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
To ensure that the salmon is cooked through, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fillet.
If the fork comes out clean, the salmon is done.
You can also bake the salmon in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
If you don’t have fresh dill, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried dill.
Serve the grilled salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
