1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:
