INGREDIENTS 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup sour cream (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Tortilla chips, for servingINSTRUCTIONS1.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Stir in the sour cream and cheddar cheese, if desired.
