Honey Garlic SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillets, skin-on 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon water Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, salt, and pepper.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.

Brush the salmon with the honey garlic marinade.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges (optional).
Tips:
For a crispy skin, pat the salmon dry before marinating and baking.
If you don’t have rice vinegar, you can substitute with white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
For a sweeter taste, add more honey to the marinade.
Serve this salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
