Creamy Lemon-Garlic SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillets (skin on or off) 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges and parsley for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add salmon fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.

Add heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
9.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
10.
Place salmon fillets back in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
12.
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley, if desired.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use wild-caught salmon.
If you don’t have a large oven-safe skillet, you can transfer the salmon to a baking dish before baking.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
