Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound penne pasta 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup walnuts 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

In a food processor, combine the basil, parsley, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and garlic.
Pulse until a smooth pesto is formed.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
Add the pesto and stir to combine.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the pesto cream sauce.
Toss to coat.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and heated through.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
