Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound pasta (such as penne, rotini, or fusilli) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves 1/4 cup pine nuts 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and freshly ground black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, make the pesto.
In a food processor or blender, combine the basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Gradually add the heavy cream until the pesto is smooth and creamy.

Drain the pasta and add it to a large bowl.
Pour the pesto over the pasta and toss to coat.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use freshly made pesto.
To add more vegetables, stir in sautéed bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach.
Top with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs for garnish.
