Tips:
For the best flavor, use fresh, ripe tomatoes and mozzarella.
If you can’t find fresh basil, you can use dried basil, but adjust the amount as needed.
You can also add other ingredients to the salad, such as roasted red peppers, sliced cucumber, or chopped olives.
