For the Dough:
1.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add the warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon.
3.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4.
Form the dough into a ball, place it in an oiled bowl, and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
For the Roasted Garlic Pesto:

Cut the top off the head of garlic.
Rub it with olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil.

Roast the garlic in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes, or until soft and caramelized.

Let the garlic cool slightly and squeeze out the cloves into a food processor.
