Creamy Chicken and Spinach LinguineIngredients:
1 pound linguine pasta 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the linguine according to package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Add the shredded chicken and thawed spinach to the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
Toss to coat.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
