4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 whole head of garlic, cloves separated and peeled 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, garlic cloves, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.

Spread the chicken and garlic mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the garlic is golden brown.

Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
For a more intense garlic flavor, roast the garlic cloves for an additional 10-15 minutes before adding them to the chicken.
