Tuscan Chicken with Lemon and HerbsIngredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, oregano, basil, thyme, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and turn to coat with the marinade.

Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Tips:
For a creamier sauce, add 1/4 cup of white wine to the marinade.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
