Creamy Garlic Herb SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, skin-on 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.

Tips:
For a crispier skin, roast the salmon for 25-30 minutes.
You can use any type of fresh herbs you like.
If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute with milk or half-and-half.
