Sheet Pan Chicken FajitasIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 onion, sliced into thin strips 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning 1/2 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Tortillas, for serving (optional)Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, fajita seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat.

Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Serve with tortillas, if desired.
Tips:
For a spicier flavor, use spicy fajita seasoning.
Add other vegetables to your fajitas, such as zucchini, corn, or black beans.
If you don’t have fajita seasoning, you can use a combination of chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
