Creamy Chicken AlfredoIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 1 pound fettuccine or linguine pasta 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oilInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
Toss to coat.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the pasta through.

Serve immediately, topped with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
