Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard GlazeIngredients:
1 pound (450g) salmon fillet, skin-on 1/4 cup (60ml) honey 2 tablespoons (30ml) Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt 1/4 teaspoon (1g) black pepper 1 lemon, zested and juicedInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Brush the salmon fillet all over with the honey mustard glaze.
4.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is golden brown.
6.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Tips:
To ensure the salmon is cooked through, insert a fork or skewer into the thickest part.
If it comes out clean, it’s done.
You can use any type of mustard you prefer, such as whole grain mustard or spicy mustard.
If you don’t have a lemon, you can substitute 1 tablespoon (15ml) of lemon juice concentrate.
Serve the salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
