Lemon Parmesan Garlic PastaIngredients:
1 pound spaghetti or linguine 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
Toss to coat.

Cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until the sauce is heated through.
7.
Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley, if desired.
Tips:
For a creamier sauce, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream to the skillet before adding the pasta.
If you don’t have fresh lemon juice, you can use 1/4 cup of bottled lemon juice.
Add some grilled or roasted vegetables, such as broccoli, asparagus, or zucchini, to the pasta for extra flavor.
Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.
