Honey Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, olive oil, and sesame oil.
Toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken mixture and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for an additional minute, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.

Serve immediately with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
Tips:
For a sweeter sauce, add more honey to taste.
For a spicier sauce, add some chili powder or cayenne pepper.
You can use any cut of chicken you like, but boneless, skinless breasts or thighs are the most popular.
If you don’t have sesame oil, you can substitute vegetable oil.
This dish is also great served cold as a salad.
