Creamy Spinach Artichoke DipIngredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup bread crumbsInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper in a little olive oil until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, onion mixture, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish (approximately 8×8 inches).

Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
7.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
