Sheet Pan NachosIngredients:
1 package (12 ounces) tortilla chips 1 pound ground beef or turkey 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning 1/2 cup water 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup chopped cilantroInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey.
Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
Bring to a simmer and cook according to package directions.

Spread the tortilla chips on a large sheet pan.
Top with the ground beef mixture, black beans, corn, green chilies, and half of the cheddar and pepper jack cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top with the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
7.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or jalapeños.
Tips:
For a vegetarian option, use crumbled tofu or beans instead of ground beef or turkey.
Add other toppings to your liking, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, or sliced jalapeños.
For a spicy kick, use a hotter taco seasoning or add some cayenne pepper.
Bake the nachos for a few extra minutes if you want them to be extra crispy.
