Flourless Chocolate TorteIngredients:
1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 8 large eggs, separated 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon saltInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 10-inch springform pan.

Add to the chocolate mixture and beat until well combined.

In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the torte cool completely in the pan before serving.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
To make a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour instead of all-purpose flour.
To make a dairy-free version, use plant-based butter and milk instead of dairy products.
