Easy Chicken ParmesanIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1/4 cup olive oil 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, slicedInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.

Dip the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
