Easy and Delicious Chicken Stir-FryIngredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup chopped broccoli florets 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color) 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned on all sides.

Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and onion.
Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Mix well.

Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the green onions, if desired.
7.
Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
Tips:
For a vegetarian stir-fry, replace the chicken with extra vegetables.
You can add any other vegetables you like, such as mushrooms, zucchini, or snap peas.
If you don’t have brown sugar, you can substitute honey or maple syrup.
Serve with your favorite Asian-inspired sauce, such as hoisin sauce or teriyaki sauce.
