Creamy Lemon Garlic Shrimp PastaIngredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 8 ounces linguine pasta 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Whisk in the heavy cream and reserved pasta cooking water.
Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and juice, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
Add the shrimp back to the sauce and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.
7.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Stir until well combined.
8.
Serve immediately topped with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired.
