Creamy Garlic Butter SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet (skin-on or off) 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use browned butter instead of regular butter.
Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy touch.
If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can substitute 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley.
Pair the salmon with roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
