Creamy Avocado Spinach DipIngredients:
6 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 4 cups packed fresh spinach 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Lemon wedges, for servingInstructions:

In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.

Stir in the spinach, Greek yogurt, sour cream, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve with lemon wedges for dipping.
Tips:
For a creamier dip, add an extra 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream.
If you don’t have fresh cilantro, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of dried cilantro.
To make the dip ahead of time, prepare it up to 3 days in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, bring to room temperature.
Serve the dip with tortilla chips, crackers, vegetable sticks, or bread slices.
