Creamy Chicken AlfredoIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 1 package (8 ounces) fettuccine pasta 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil for greasing the panInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions and drain.

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use a combination of heavy cream and milk.
Add cooked broccoli florets or mushrooms to the mixture for added vegetables.
If desired, top with additional grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
