For the Chicken:

For the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Dredge the chicken in flour.
3.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
For the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat.

Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened.

To Assemble:

Tips:
For a creamier sauce, use more heavy cream.
Add any other seasonings you desire, such as garlic, Italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes.
You can also add cooked bacon or vegetables to the sauce.
