Creamy Chicken AlfredoIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 3 cups heavy cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.

Sprinkle the flour over the onion and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.

Add the Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Stir until the cheese has melted.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 5 minutes more.
