Creamy Garlic Parmesan ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup minced garlic 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyInstructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.

Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned flour.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Pan-sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Transfer chicken breasts to a baking dish.

Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.

Stir in chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Pour the broth mixture over the chicken breasts.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Remove chicken breasts from the oven and pour the cream mixture over them.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
