Creamy Garlic Parmesan ChickenIngredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4 ounces) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley, for garnishInstructions:

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
7.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
9.
Return the chicken breast to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
10.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through.
11.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
