Creamy Lemon Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup white wine (optional) 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup lemon juice Salt and black pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley, for garnishInstructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the white wine (if using) and cook until reduced by half.

Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve over your favorite pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Tips:
For a more intense lemon flavor, use 1/2 cup of lemon juice instead of 1/4 cup.
If you don’t have white wine, you can substitute chicken broth.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like a little spice.
Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
