Creamy Lemon Garlic SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillets, skin-on 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil.

Pour over the salmon fillets.

In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream and butter over medium heat until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.

Pour cream sauce over salmon fillets.

Tips:
To ensure even cooking, use salmon fillets of similar thickness.
If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute it with milk or a mixture of milk and cornstarch.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
For a crispier skin, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
