For the Salmon:

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the salmon:
In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the salmon fillet to the bowl and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Roast the asparagus:
On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread in an even layer and roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until tender but still slightly crisp.

Bake the salmon:
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Tips:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon overnight.
If you don’t have parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheet with olive oil.
To check if the salmon is cooked through, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fish.
It should flake easily.
