Creamy Lemon Garlic Shrimp PastaIngredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 pound pasta (such as penne or linguine) 1/4 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil.

Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

Heat through for 2-3 minutes, or until the pasta is warmed through.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
