Creamy Lemon Garlic Shrimp ScampiIngredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional) 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Tips:
For added flavor, use a combination of white and black shrimp.
If you don’t have white wine on hand, you can substitute chicken broth or vegetable broth.

Serve the shrimp scampi with additional grated Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges for garnish.
