Creamy Lemon-Herb SalmonIngredients:
1 pound skinless, boneless salmon fillets 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, basil, and dill.

In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

Spread the herb mixture over the salmon fillets.

Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the herb mixture.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and the sour cream mixture is bubbly.

Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Tips:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon fillets in the herb mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
If you don’t have parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheet lightly with olive oil.
To check if the salmon is cooked through, insert a knife into the thickest part of the fillet.
If the knife comes out clean, the salmon is done.
You can also cook the salmon under the broiler for a slightly crispier finish.
Just make sure to keep an eye on it so that it doesn’t burn.
