Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound dried pasta (such as penne, rigatoni, or fusilli) 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup pesto sauce 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and reserve.

In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, heat the heavy cream and pesto sauce.
Bring to a simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted.

Add the reserved pasta to the sauce and stir to coat.
5.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
6.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7.
Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Tips:
Feel free to use your favorite pesto sauce or make your own.
If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute milk or half-and-half.
Add grilled or roasted vegetables to the pasta for extra flavor.
Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
