Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound linguine or spaghetti pasta 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup pesto sauce 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional) Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, pesto sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
Bring to a simmer and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

If desired, add the sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook over low heat until the pasta is warmed through and the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil leaves (optional).
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use half-and-half or whole milk instead of heavy cream.
Add chopped spinach or arugula to the sauce for extra nutrition.
Substitute any type of pesto sauce you like, such as basil, arugula, or sun-dried tomato pesto.
Serve with a side salad and crusty bread for a complete meal.
