Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound pasta (any shape) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup pesto 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the heavy cream in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Once the cream is simmering, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.

Add the pesto and basil to the cream sauce and stir to combine.

Drain the pasta and add it to the cream sauce.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil, if desired.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use freshly made pesto.
You can use any type of pasta you like for this recipe.
If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute whole milk or half and half.
Add cooked chicken or shrimp to the pasta for extra protein.
