Creamy Spinach and Artichoke DipIngredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup bread crumbsInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over the dip.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.

Tips:
For a richer dip, use heavy cream instead of sour cream.
You can add cooked bacon, diced red bell pepper, or jalapeños to the dip for more flavor.
If you don’t have bread crumbs, you can use crushed tortilla chips or Ritz crackers.
Serve the dip warm with a side of hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
