Creamy Spinach and Feta PastaIngredients:
1 pound pasta (such as penne, rotini, or shells) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Stir in the spinach, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and feta cheese.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
8.
Add the pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
9.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
