Creamy Spinach Artichoke DipIngredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well combined.

Tips:
For a richer flavor, use fresh spinach instead of frozen.
Add 1/4 cup chopped bacon for an extra layer of flavor.
If you don’t have red bell pepper, you can substitute with another vegetable, such as diced tomatoes or mushrooms.
Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
